SHIPPING:
Q: When will my order ship?
Two answers:

'In-stock' items ship within a week.

'Made-to-order' products have their lead times at the top of the product description. The lead times and are pretty accurate and don't include shipping time - orders will ship at the end of that period within a day or two. **Lead times can be subject to change.
Q: Where is my package?
A: You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. For domestic shipping I use UPS mainly, however I use USPS for PO boxes, military and if customers prefer it. I’m not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Q: If your package said it was delivered but you say otherwise?
A: I cannot refund or send a new order if your tracking says your package was delivered.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, I use UPS International Expedited to ship to most of the world except England and Spain.
Bags by Bird is not responsible for customs fees and can not guarantee delivery past the point customs clearance. Buyers assume the risk of non-delivery beyond customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I can accept unused stock, off-the-shelf and in-stock items within 10 days of delivery. Due to the highly customizable nature of bags that have upgrades, custom color combinations and Right Height bags are non-refundable.
NOTE: All international orders are final.
WARRANTY:
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: If there is defective craftsmanship on your new bag, I’ll replace it. If you bag fails due to bag construction giving out, it will be repaired/replaced free of charge. For used bags, damages due to ‘wear and tear’ and other extraneous circumstances may be able to be repaired at a reasonable cost and case by case basis. *As a manufacturer, I retain sole discretion on what determines 'normal wear and tear', 'extraneous circumstances,’ and ‘bag failure.’ Non-Warranty Repairs or repairs not covered under warranty are priced according to the complexity of the repair.
OTHER:
Q: Are these bags fully waterproof?
A: I can not claim my bags are 100% water-proof. I use water resistant materials and design my bags to be as weather-proof as possible. I recommend affordable and widely available dry-bags to keep your items 100% dry.
Q: Will these bags fit my bike?
A: There is an info-graphic with sizing charts in the product galleries and available for download to help you determine if there is sufficient clearance on your bike to run these bags. Please contact me if you have more sizing questions.
