The Tail Grab is a smaller handlebar bag with a rando-style opening (opens toward rider), making access quick and comfortable. An additional front slip stretch pocket is perfect for carrying sunscreen, gloves and snacks. 
 
The lid closes using a shock (stretchy) cord that's captured on the back or the stem, usually around the stem bolts (see photos). Sometimes stems don't have bolts on the back, so a large zip tie head or Voile Nano strap wrapped around the stem column (see photos) can also work to capture the shock cord. The closed lid stops at the handlebars so the stem can still be used for a place to mount a computer, however handlebar mounted lights or computers need to be relocated since the lid may interfere - see photos.

Tire clearance requirements:

8” tall bag: You’ll need 9.5” of clearance from the bottom of the handlebar clamp down to the tire.
